Increase Diversity 101: Creating a Baseline of Effective Language to Use in Diversity Recruiting - The REPLAY
The fear of saying something incorrectly, offending someone, or worse—getting your organization sued over the language used prevents most recruiters and hiring managers (and even career coaches) from fully engaging in topics about women, people of color, veterans, the differently-abled, and LGBTQ+ community.
We are going to pull back the curtains and have a candid conversation. Join other participants in this interactive class and explore effective language to use when speaking about historically underrepresented populations in diversity recruiting.
