Our work at JTC is at the intersection of these industries. That is the vantage point that we take. Most of the tools that you are being sold today have not intersected at more than one space. The individual may know DEI but know nothing about recruiting (which can be frustrating to a recruiting leader), or the individual may know recruiting but not DEI (which can be frustrating to any initiative to increase diversity).
